for everyone

Oh, super. I want!

The Rolleiflex MiniDigi AF5.0

Proudly continues the Rollei Twin Lens Reflex Tradition.
If somewhere deep down you have always hankered after a Rollei, you are not alone. First developed in Germany in the 1920's, the Rollei 6x6cm Twin Lens Reflex Camera has always been a preferred tool for serious photography, especially portraits. There cannot be, for example, a single Hollywood celebrity who has not been photographed with a Rollei. Now, many of the outstanding convenience features and nostalgic design can be yours in a fashionable up-to-date digital with auto focus feature to shoot between 4 inches (10cm) to infinity on 5 mega pixel image. The Rolleiflex MiniDigi AF5.0, a world's first in its class.

I got this from the Rollei website:

It's just a teeny bit larger than the 120 film!

I want one also, wonder how much it cost and where can it be bought. If I can;t have the fullsized Rollei 2.8Ex, I'll gladly settle for the little one :)

it says in an article "It is "an attention-getter and conversation piece," the company said. Priced at US$399, it's available worldwide through Direct Source Marketing." Here's the address from the website, there's a price list there too for their other products.

i KNOW! but then, most cute teeny-tiny functional things do cost a lot. plus, with a "Rollei" on the body, you know...

Go to www.rolleiflexminidigi.blogspot.com for all the latest info. I've created this site dedicated to the Rolleiflex MiniDigi. There is a dealer list posted where you can buy the camera. Some of the dealer's are selling on Ebay as well. Thanks, Harlean Dischler ;-)
