buti pa ang daga, marunong magluto...
Disney Pixar does it again. The animated short ("Lifted") before the main feature makes us all remember those days of practical exams, driving tests, and first days at work. It's about an alien who (dot dot dot)--nah, I actually hate writing reviews. I want moviegoers to see how a film is by themsleves, without the help of reviews and film critics.
But I have to say, Ratatouille is da bomb. For the whole family. The film's message: Anyone can cook, even a rat by the name of Remi (i spelled it this way because it's French, oui?). Family+career issues, who doesn't have them? Ooh, and a love story too! A perfect tale of triumph, villain-turns-friend, and of course, my favorite, human-animal bonding. I tried to hold back tears (tight throat, hard to swallow, etc.) everytime the human character called his "Little Chef". Sniff. Aww, you should just watch it. Could be a tad better than Harry Potter (no offense to the HP fans). So, let's all say it: Rat-ta-too-ee!!!
